**This home is available for ski lease from January 3, 2026 to May 3, 2026 for $6500 a month plus utilities. Prospective tenants can view the terms and conditions and fill out an application. From this ideal setting, you're just moments from the Truckee River, walk to Tahoe City, or walk to bike to the trails leading to Page Meadows. In winter, the gas fireplace provides a cozy glow after a day on the slopes that are close (Alpine Meadows, Palisades, and Homewood), while the hot tub off the back deck provides views of Mt. Watson, the stars, great seclusion, and offers the perfect way to soothe tired ski muscles. With level entry for easy year-round access, the Town & Tub Lodge blends mountain comfort with thoughtful touches of luxury. Inside the cabin, the open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming gathering space, while large south facing windows for a very bright feel. The back deck provides great views of Mt. Watson and the forest leading to the Truckee River. $1500.00 non-refundable deposit will be necessary to secure the house (due up front). The $1500.00 deposit will be applicable to the first months rent. The $3000 will be refundable at the end of the lease provided there isn't any damage or extra cleaning. A four month ski lease will have 3 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $300 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $300 a month pays for the water, trash, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A four month lease would have a total of $1200.00 (4 x $300) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $800 for driveway snow removal. Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival (November 2, 2026) and the other half is due prior to move in (by January 2, 2027). Homes with hot tubs will have the tenant/s take over the hot tub contract. The costs are approximately a $250.00-$350.00 service fee per month and that includes a few services a month. Costs are higher if the water needs to be changed more frequently due to not showing prior to use, etc.. The homeowner will pay for the dump and scrub of the hot tub just prior to lease beginning and the tenant will pay for a dump and scrub at the end of the lease.
