It is in the center of old town Denton, across the street from the park, Emily Fowler Library, the city swimming pool, the senior center and a short walk to downtown. The apartment was built in the 1970s, when room size meant something and even has a "dining area". This unit faces the park and has lots of windows. The neighbors are friendly and most of our tenants choose to stay with us for a long time. We are easy going and try our best to make our tenants comfortable. This apartment is situated in a small family owned and operated 20 unit complex. My dad and I practice the golden rule "treat others as you would like to be treated".
