AWESOME LOCATION across the street from the Denton Civic Center park, and Emily Fowler library, this 2 bedroom 1 bath borders TWU campus. The living room has an attached kitchen, and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment and both have fair sized closets, and large windows like the front room. This is a really cool 20 Unit complex built in 1970, back when you had room to breathe (887 sq. ft.) and the apartments had character! Nothing fancy like marble counter tops or walk in closets, but lots of space for a great price. We are not a corporate owned property, just my dad and I (real people). The neighbors are friendly and many have stuck around for awhile. This is an upstairs apartment located at the back of the property, so that means it is quiet. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. We have found barking disturbs peace and quiet and Cats stink up the place. The apartment is currently vacant and easy to see. I can even leave the place open and set you up for a self tour if that works better. Just let me know. Prospective tenant MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT.
