This is a really cool 20 Unit complex built in 1970, back when you had room to breathe (887 sq. ft.) and the apartments had character! Great Location: Directly across the street from Quaker Town park and the city swimming pool. Downtown is an easy walk. All room sizes are very large. The place even has a spot for a dining table, which people used in the old days. We are not a corporate owned property, just my wife and I (real people). All tenants have my cell number and my son's cell number, so when problems arise they can be resolved quickly. We are easy going people who don't make simple things difficult like large complexes tend to do! The neighbors are friendly and most have stuck around awhile. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
