LOCATION: The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from CSULB and CSUDH (Cal State Long Beach / Long Beach State and Cal State Dominguez Hills). We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and always plenty of free parking right out front. Just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. IMPORTANT: PLEASE don't just ask if the room is available. If it's posted, it's available! We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok). This is a happy, healthy, clean, mature, young-adult home, and we are looking for the same!
