Just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier.
