This listing is for 1 private bedroom in an upper level apartment in a shared house. Up to 3 bedrooms 2 baths available! House has two seperate living areas and two kitchens, and it's currently just one female CSULB student and myself as the house dad! Rooftop deck, firepit, gym (outdoor), laundry room, high-end appliances, heat and a/c, and unlimited parking! The spaces can be furnished, but if you prefer to bring your own stuff, you can. We have a very sweet Belgian Malinois puppy on the property, and other doggie visitors sometimes, so you must love dogs. PLEASE NOTE: For one bedroom, bath is shared and current female has requested female tenants only! If you want two or three bedrooms, you will get access to a second bathroom, and any gender can apply! IF YOU DON'T GET A REPLY, FORGIVE US! We are intentionally very picky with our selections. LOCATION: Beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from CSULB and CSUDH (Cal State Long Beach / Long Beach State and Cal State Dominguez Hills) with TONS of parking! We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. LIVING SITUATION: Your upper level space is it's own 2 bedroom apartment with a huge living area and separate kitchen, to be shared with just 1 female CSULB student (or just you and a friend if 2 or 3 bedrooms desired!). The remainder of the house has 2 main tenants (all in their 20s and 30s), a very sweet dog, and occasional other guests and their pets, too. The days are generally pretty quiet, but we all share the rooftop sun deck, laundry room (with free washer dryer use), a beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, and an outdoor gym. The house is heated, cooled (A/C), and features ultra-fast 5 Gbps (5000 Mbps) FIOS internet. We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok).
