We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. LIVING SITUATION: Your upper level space is it's own apartment with a huge living area and separate kitchen. The remainder of the house has just 2 or 3 main tenants (all in their 20s and 30s), a very sweet dog, and occasional other guests and their pets, too, but is generally pretty quiet. Shared spaces include the rooftop sun deck, laundry room (with free washer dryer use), a beautiful backyard with a fire-pit, and an outdoor gym. The house is heated, cooled (A/C), and features ultra-fast 5 Gbps (5000 Mbps) FIOS internet. We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok).
