Cozy 3bedroom 3 bath craftsman home with amazing mountain views and walking distance to dining and shopping. Amenities include a chef's kitchen, fireplace, washer & dryer and hot tub. The home offers two parking spots and the owners are offsite, offering total privacy. Easy check-in is very easy and we are very responsive to guests. Renters will be responsible for a flat utility fee of $275 each month. The owners will cover wi-fi and the remainder of the utilities. The rent will be paid on the first of every month. After 5th of the month, rent will be considered late. Renters will be responsible for putting the trash and recycling out on specified days each week. No smoking. Owners are responsible for maintenance of the property.
