Highly walkable, including city-maintained trail that connects to the easement adjacent to the home, walking distance to elementary school, grocery and other shopping, and beautiful open spaces. Safe, with virtually no historic vandalism or crime (we left our garage door open while away from home one night with open sight of thousands of dollars of tools and equipment, and not one thing was missing)
