My husband and I love this space. It's cozy in the winter, and light and airy in the summer. Windows look out to a HUGE lot with mature trees. It has a very private feel. There's a mudroom / sunroom for plants or potting, a comfortable kitchen, an updated bath, and a quiet bedroom facing the garden. The location is amazing: easy access to bike routes and public transport, within walking distance of Trader Joe's, coffee, Shut Up and Eat sandwiches, sushi, etc. It's a special place looking for somebody who values peace, beauty, and quiet and wants to make it home. My husband and I own and manage the space (eg, no huge property management company to deal with. We take pride in the house and try our best to be great landlords).
