My husband and I love this space. It's cozy in the winter, and light and airy in the summer. Windows look out to a HUGE lot with mature trees. It has a very private feel. There's a mudroom / sunroom for plants or potting (and the occasional watercolor), a comfortable kitchen, an updated bath, and a quiet bedroom facing the garden. It has ample storage space in a connected basement. The location is amazing: easy access to bike routes and public transport, within walking distance of Trader Joe's, coffee, local shops and pocket restaurants. It's a special place looking for somebody who values peace, beauty, and quiet and wants to make it home. The previous tenant was here for 5 years.
