My husband and I love this home. It is beautiful, airy, classic PDX architecture, with hardwoods, tall ceilings, and a huge backyard. It's cozy in the winter, with big windows on all sides that let in a lot of light. In the summer, there's a true park-like yard that's great for bbq's, picnics, and lawn games. It has two porches, a very large kitchen, and is extremely bike-able. Coffee, sushi, pizza, Happa Ramen, and Trader Joe's are within walking distance, and you're right close to Division, Hawthorn, and Woodstock. The large house has three separate apartments inside, each with their own entrance. We're renting the ground floor apartment. We're looking for long term tenants who love the place as much as we do and who are looking for someplace to call home. The current tenants have been here for 6 years and we're sad to see them go!
