The lanai offers a perfect shaded area for dining and relaxing in the beautiful Floridian weather. The property includes a solar pool and spa heating control system for efficiency. The open loft area provides additional seating for enjoying movies or games with the family. The large upstairs master bedroom features a double vanity and a huge shower. Arcade games and a pool table in the garage guarantee extra fun for all. The charcoal grill is free upon request and must be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
