Hello, I'm recently an empty nester and looking to sublet my spare room, my preference is a 2-3 month stay; however, open to longer. There is no deposit and no security fee. You will receive a gate fob. I am a quiet 40 year old single woman with a wonderful (non-barking) medium sized dog who is well trained and a lover of all humans and animals. We are welcome to your pup in our home (please only if well trained) On site there is a pool and a gym with 24 hour access, behind are long paved walking trails that open to mountain and land views. Parking is on site, but first come first serve (there's always spaces open). It is very quiet here :)
