    What's special

    Triple pane windows
This home has been significantly remodeled starting in December. Looking for a EV charger. Yes! ALL pictures have captions providing more details. If you click "on the picture", more details pop up. Don't let old pre-remodel pictures confuse you at the end of the slide show. They are shared to chronical the many changes this home has underwent. All that is lacking is the installation of the custom shoe racks and adjustable closet shelves and clothes hanging rods . Shelves will be 16" not 12" deep, super nice touch. Being installed soon. Just over 2,000 Square Feet of no-water required but BEAUTIFUL, artificial turf now installed. Silica sand used in front. Envirofil in-fill (sand) used in back(helpful for sports and pets in same area). Putting green yet has another specific sand. Newly installed 9-station irrigation system. Landlord manages this. Most designers will only design for 5 watering stations. This custom watering provides for separate times, individual durations to address various species of the green scape. Fig vines were planted on west side and given a custom frame structure the length of the fence line. 4x4 pressure treated studs that rise 4' above the fence line to eventual support a wall of fig vines that are being trained on vertical support lines as they fill in and grow up. I did this to my home across the street. Everyone comments on how lush the yard looks once inside or even seen from the street. These fig vines become a solid 8' tall wall of green that reduces the temperature in the yard besides creating privacy. Running along the top of this attractive wood structure is a series of decorative laser-cut metal panels in oil rub bronze color with botanical relief patterns adding an artsy look while the vines fill in. Every 8' a metal extended bracket supports a string of round globe lights hanging in 8' wide scallops. These lights run the length of the west and north side block fence, further adding to the nighttime magic of this back yard. Lights go on at dusk and off at dawn. Property has 5 large trees. Every Christmas season, the front pine hosts a string of lights from it to the house across the street visually connecting both sides of the street. Other neighborhoods know us by this tradition. The very last picture is the holiday lights strung high above the street. There are 2 garden boxes with their own water line. The garden boxes' soil and vegetables are up to renter :) Happy gardening if you're so inclined. 5 custom masonry planters with LED night lighting now finished. Entire front area has been made over, every inch of it. There is an expansive 800 SF of new Belgard pavers 18"x12" style. Paver walk ways to front paver patio are 5' wide with under light at each transition step. Umbrella area (umbrella included) seats 10. Fire table seats another 4. I had my plumber run a new gas line to the fire table. Front yard night lighting has a dusk to dawn setting controlled 2 low voltage transformers 2 standing propane tanks are on east block fence wall. Refills are by renter. Lines are ran to: Kitchen stove, front yard fire table, and back patio BBQ area. 3-hole putting green will be done by end of July. Cups have color changing LED lights As you can see by the numerous pictures, it is attractive inside and out and yards are large and well done! I bought this home in December because I knew the home's construction. I had built it for my 10th customer in 1987 after becoming Arizona's first female general contractor. My license is still active today with zero complaints on it after completing 60 semi custom homes and then going on to build only large custom homes around the valley. All told I have constructed just over 500 custom homes. By March (3 months into the remodel) I had removed the home's fiberglass insulation and replaced it with the expanding sprayed-on foam. Both the exterior walls and attic have been foamed. With solar, and running the A/C 24/7 through May and June, my top bill electrical bill has been $73. I kid you not. Ask for a copy. I kept upstairs at 76 and downstairs at 74. The trades that were 5 days a week often left a door wide open that I would come behind and close maybe an hour later. So $73 is AMAZING. Homes on this block without these features are paying $500+ electrical bills right now. No HOA, no grass to water, and SRP buys electricity from what the house doesn't use during the day, and the front yard care is included; I'm guestimating this home will save someone $6,000 a year OUT OF POCKET expenses than a home "with" HOA dues, "with" standard insulation, no solar, and has one or more lawns and requires yard care. Brand new solid core doors and 5" baseboards and brush nickel handle sets. All new interior eggshell Dunn Edwards top level paint. All new light fixtures and ceiling fans. All new custom polywood window shutters with 4.5" blades with internal tilt rods to open and close. Triple pane windows. 15 recessed ceiling lights with bulbs rated for 30 year lifespans were installed in February. All lights are new and LED. New cabinetry. I personally lined the drawers so your items can immediately be placed. New custom bath mirrors and glass shower and tub enclosures. All bathrooms have hotel style towel storage racks, double roll toilet paper holders, and brand new large mirrored medicine cabinets. Brand new flooring everywhere. One one bedroom has carpet, the loft bedroom that over looks rear yard. The 2 staircases have new solid surface treads and risers. East side bedrooms are the soft walking wood-looking lock-in place laminate. Beautiful to walk on, beautiful to look at. If you or kids have dust allergies 90% of the home's floors now are new porcelain non-skid planked tiles or of lock-in place wood-look laminate planks with cushion underlayment. Kitchen was expanded to have it's own 'back kitchen' aka Scullery. Perfect for someone who loves to cook or craft and wants quiet workspace and loads of storage cabinets. Oven is electric for even baking and cook top is gas for top-notch cooking styles. 2 dishwashers! Every closet now has interior lights with a wall switches. Primary has 2 (TWO) large closets. Individual control mini lights over the Primary bed area. Switches are at bed height for a quick turn off and off to sleep. Best part besides low utility costs is the neighborhood. Great neighbors. People are out and about walking early or late. Streets are quiet and no one fears losing an Amazon package if they are away for a couple days. Yes, that kind of neighborhood. This is a pocket of homes where friends of those living here wait to hear if something comes available and the home is snapped up. Close to good schools. Nice restaurants at nearby Dana Park. Easy access to Superstition Freeway 2 miles south. Home Depo is 3 minutes away at corner of Broadway and Val Vista. Tenants should not be cigarette smokers, even if it's always outdoors. Last owners only smoked outside but apparently their lungs exhaled vapors into paint, window coverings, carpet, baseboards and door jams. Slowly everything had to come out to finally get all the cigarette orders out of the home. Their poor lungs if this was just from what they smoked outside before coming in :( I'm looking for 1 year minimum lease. This is a perfect home if the couple likes to travel and not be concerned about who might molest the home while gone. Neighbors watch out for each other without being in people's businesses. Polite people that treat others with old fashion neighbor manners. Neighborhood has an annual block party. People can walk their dogs at any hour of the night and it's quiet here. Looking for just a single family to rent, not several adults rent splitting. I live across the street so it will be obvious if you were not honest about who were the tenants/occupants. Let's discuss vehicle count: 2 in garage, 2 can be on side drive and a RV can be behind the gate. Would like to avoid anything regularly parking beyond that amount. Mesa requires trash barrels to be stored either in garage or behind fence lines. Just FYI.
