All units have separate entrances, separate living spaces, including separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. Only shared space is the laundry room (and some storage in the unfinished basement). Other tenants have dogs. Bathroom needs some updates. Not furnished. $125 per month for Utilities (gas, water, electric, trash service). Does not include wifi. Wonderful long term renters in the other two apartments. Plenty of street parking. We would consider pets. No smoking. Will not consider a shorter lease than 1 year. Hope to have a long-term renter. We anticipate a mid-July or Aug start of the lease.
