Parking Policy: Covered parking is available in the backyard for the Tenant's use. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted on the premises with a pet deposit of $250. The Tenant shall be responsible for any damages caused by the pet(s). Maintenance Responsibilities: The Tenant shall maintain the rented premises in a clean and sanitary condition. Minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and routine cleaning, shall be the responsibility of the Tenant. The Landlord shall be responsible for major repairs and maintenance, as well as any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear.
