The house has fresh paint, new furniture, high speed internet (both wifi and ethernet in all rooms), central air, all brand new appliances, tankless water system (so we never run out of hot water!), free clothes washer&dryer in basement, multiple refrigerators&freezers in the kitchen, a gaming table in the common room, an 85" TV with streaming movie channels and a Playstation VR in the living room, and lots of basement storage space. It's pet friendly, non-smoking, and open to any Gender/Age/orientation, though Drexel and UPenn undergrads or grad students are preferred (I am a male computer science grad student myself at Drexel). Available starting Oct 1 (the move-in date is flexible) and leases are available for either 6, 9, or 12 months.
