What the owner loves about this home
What first attracted us to this property was the space and privacy. Located on one of the largest lots in Emerald Pointe, the cul-de-sac location and maintained green space behind the property create a peaceful setting that is hard to find in an RV resort.
We love spending time in the large screened room, enjoying morning coffee, evening sunsets, and the Florida breeze without rear neighbors directly behind us. The oversized, hurricane-reinforced RV port easily accommodates large Class A motorhomes, 5th wheels, or any self-contained RV at least 24' and provides excellent protection from the Florida sun.
Over the years we have made many improvements, including a 2018 roof upgrade with 6” double ISO foam insulation and a rubber membrane roof, updated kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops, upgraded windows, and dual mini-split systems for year-round comfort.
The loft provides flexible space for guests, a home office, crafts, or hobbies, while the open floor plan makes the home feel much larger than expected.
We have truly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of Emerald Pointe, including the pool, spa, fitness center, clubhouse, social activities, and beautifully maintained grounds. It has been a wonderful place to call home.
