There is also a park a block away with kid playground basketball court fields and lots of mature trees and flowers. Cherry Creek trail is 2 blocks away and a great place to run, walk or bike. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a wonderful bathroom, and a great office space if you are working remotely. Downstairs is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement is a kiddo play zone, with a workout room and another office space. Outside is a fireplace, grill, outdoor dining and couch, as well as a beautiful lawn surrounded by flowers and trees.
