The street itself is quiet, and this section of the neighborhood is walkable and very family-focused. Utilities (high speed internet, water/gas/sewage, and electricty) are ~$250/mo (technically ~$400/mo but the basement tenant will pay you $150/mo). The unit features off street parking, central air/heat, plus your own laundry units and ~200 sq ft of unfinished storage in the basement. The lot is about 1/3 of an acre, with a 90-foot tall oak tree in the backyard. The yard is fenced in on 3 sides, great for anyone with kids or pets who like to run around. A video walk-through is available upon request, and can be viewed before scheduling an in-person tour. The home is a duplex, this listing is for the upstairs unit. Lawncare is included: regular lawn-mowing and leaf-raking. Shoveling snow is the only thing not covered (and there are no sidewalks in front of the house). If you have your own lawnmower and rake/leaf blower, we'd be happy to negotiate lowering the rent by ~$100/mo in exchange for lawn care. There is room in the single-file driveway for 3-4 vehicles, plus free street parking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property or within 15 feet of any window or door.
