The hallway leads to both bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has a top window that can be opened and lets a lot of light in. The washer and drier are included in the unit, along with a refrigerator and freezer (double door, with ice and cold water dispenser). The house is equipped with central A/C. 2 parking spots in the graveled portion of the driveway are for this apartment, and more is available on-street. Utilities are not included in the rent, but the internet is provided through a high-speed business account. This home is pet-friendly, except for cats: we own 2 dogs that are not the best of friends with the neighborhood cats. No breed restrictions, as long as the dog is not aggressive. The location is ideal for anyone affiliated with UVA-the grounds are 5 minutes away by car, grocery stores (Food Lion, Wegmans) are within walking distance. Your landlords would be a young couple that works for UVA-we are responsive landlords and value both our own and your privacy.
