This is a 14x70 home with 6" walls and roof that I have completely updated in the last 24 months. Inside and out. So far I have spent $30K, not counting the purchase price. 100 percent of the projects are completed, even the retaining wall in the back. The roof was replaced using architectural shingles, with an added center roof vent, allowing for maximum ventilation. Also, it's easy on the heatpump, which rarely runs. All of the landscaping has been done, and I am finished except for normal upkeep. Neighborhood Description Nice neighborhood, with even nicer people
