Lease description

• No smoking allowed inside. Owner pays HOA and includes front-yard maintenance. Renter splits utilities with other roommates. Small dogs allowed - pets are subject to pre-approval at the sole discretion of the Owner. Security deposit due at signing, equal to one-month's rent.
