Upstairs is the kitchen (gas range, convection oven, large pantry, full size refrigerator), dining room, living room (wood burning stove), two decks (one is covered and has a grill), and the other bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard is open, and the back is bordered by a dirt road which is good for short walks and stunning scenery (there is a fenced dog area off of the rear deck). The Burland neighborhood has a private park with a playground, picnic area and access to the Mount Bailey trailhead. Shopping and dining are a few minutes away in Bailey and major grocery stores are about 15 minutes away in Conifer. Room is offered furnished or unfurnished. Rent includes all utilities.
