The unit is detached from the main home. There is also a unit downstairs with entry from outside. We usually rent to travel nurses but trying a 1year lease. Some features include side gate access, small backyard area with table and chairs, BBQ grill, security camera, driveway parking, nice small kitchen. Some storage is available in garage and 3 laundry places are within a mile. We are looking for a single or couple that is clean, respectful and not loud. Preferably an older couple with one car since parking is limited. We have had great success and would like someone long term for the unit. We are working on the garden with a fire pit. I'm a retired teacher and wife is an BSN Nurse so that might be a plus for an older couple? Deposit and first months rent due at signing. Not pets, smoking or any loud activities. All utilities are included!
