THE tenant will have the entire basement with washer dryer in unit. Owner pays all utilities and basement is finished. The tenant will have their own separate entrance and exit (2). I Will not accept reusable tenant reports. Tenant will have a non refundable pet deposit($250) or pet rent (3% of rent) if they have a pet.
