    What's special

    Beautiful three story cabin in gated community only 15 minutes from campus (8 miles). Neighbors are quiet older couples, most of which use the houses as vacation homes. The landlord is the nicest guy ever and is alway prompt and helpful if anything needs to be fixed. Almost all of the refrigerators and dishwashers and such are all recently bought. All that will need to be furnished is your individual room and maybe some kitchen stuff. Honestly though I will be getting rid of most of my desks and dressers, so if you would like them let me know and we can work something out. I have been living in this house for two years and loved it, but am moving away to grad school this week so would like someone to fill my spot. All occupants are either recently graduated from college or still attending. Right now there only two other people staying at the house as one is abroad in Europe and another staying with parents. Current college student or recently graduated preferred. Male or female accepted, as the house currently has both. Pets are welcome, however if they are shown to be damaging to the house they of course cannot stay. Trash service and water are free so all there is to pay is Internet and electricity.
