This house has an extremely clean and efficient HVAC system (hence the no smoking requirement) and we meticulously inspected and repaired everything from the ground up. The home is sealed up very well and should be a great home for someone for a long time. We basically fixed the home as if we were going to live in it. It is super clean, smells great, no leaks, and everything works as it should. We would like to have another very long term tenant again if possible.
