This mobile home is very clean, recently updated and has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Within the last year we had a new metal roof installed, lots of new subflooring, new sinks in kitchen and bathroom, new faucets, new exterior faucets, new bladder tanks and plumbing, new refrigerator, countertop, stove and stove hood, new exterior water faucet, and new front door and storm door. The concrete driveway is very wide and can easily accommodate several vehicles. It is on a nice, mostly level lot that is easy to mow and maintain. The lot size is .2 acre which is larger than a lot of most new single family homes. The tenant has the option of adding an outbuilding at the rear of the property if they wish. The fairly new washer and dryer is included in this home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities except for the sewer bill. The tenant must have adequate income, references (work and personal), good credit, non smokers, no drugs, and you must be a good fit for the neighborhood! We own the neighboring homes as well so we personally know them. They are all great folks and the neighbors on both sides of this home are very quiet and responsible people. We are a local small family operation and we take pride in providing great housing and we respond quickly to any maintenance problems you may have. We have been in the business for over 17 years and we do our best to fix things the right way instead of patching or masking the problem. This house has an extremely clean and efficient HVAC system (hence the no smoking requirement) and we maticulously inspected and repaired everything from the ground up. The home is sealed up very well and should be a great home for someone for a long time. We basically fixed the home as if we were going to live in it. It is super clean, smells great, no leaks, and everything works as it should. We would like to have another very long term tenant again if possible.
