Everyone on the street are all very nice folks! We take pride in providing great housing and we respond quickly to any maintenance problems you may have. We have been in the business for over 20 years and we do our best to fix things the right way. This house has an extremely clean and efficient HVAC system (hence the no smoking requirement) and we meticulously inspected and repaired everything from the ground up. The home is sealed up very well and should be a great home for someone for a long time. We basically fixed the home as if we were going to live in it. It is super clean, smells great, no leaks, and everything works as it should. We would like to have another very long term tenant again if possible. If you reply, please provide some information about yourself. Our properties don't come up for rent too often, but when they do, we tend to get a lot of inquiries so to help us sort through them, please tell us as much as you feel comfortable with about yourself or family.
