This rental home is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and an extremely well maintained home. It has all brand new flooring with laminate in the living room and master bathroom. The master bathroom has two new sinks and new faucets, new tub faucet, new magnetic handheld shower nozzle (shower is separate from tub), his and her separate closets. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space, stainless steel stove and refrigerator, new range hood that exhausts to the outside, new ceiling fan/light in the living room, the second bathroom has a new toilet, brand new tub with new faucets, and a new sink and faucet. The second bedroom is fairly spacious and has a large 2-door closet. We replaced the plumbing and supply lines to every sink, toilet, and water heater. We added an outside faucet, added guttering over the front door, metal roof replaced not too long ago, pressure washed the large front deck and added new steps at the rear. It has a Trane HVAC and it was just inspected and it's in great shape, the indoor coil and fan were cleaned as well. It has a large concrete driveway, the yard is fairly flat where the mobile home sits, and there is plenty of room in the rear for a tenant to add an outbuilding if needed. Must have adequate income, references (work and personal), good credit, non smokers, no drugs, and you must be a good fit for the neighborhood! Everyone on the street are all very nice folks! We take pride in providing great housing and we respond quickly to any maintenance problems you may have. We have been in the business for over 20 years and we do our best to fix things the right way. The home is sealed up very well and should be a great home for someone for a long time. We basically fixed the home as if we were going to live in it. It is super clean, smells great, no leaks, and everything works as it should.
