There have been a few scams with my ad and my photos from someone posing as a landlord and accepting deposits and payments without meeting tenants face to face. Be careful with scams I've been doing this for over 20 years and I insist on meeting face to face! This is one of our nicest homes and we spent many thousands getting it ready for the next tenant. It is extremely clean and fresh and therefore we have a strict policy of NO pets and absolutely NO smoking for this particular home! For folks who have pet allergies and do not smoke, you will love this place! It is a 3 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms, 2 new toilets, 2 new outside water hose faucets, new blinds, brand new central air conditioning and heat. It is one of our newer homes too, it has vinyl siding and a shingled roof, and higher ceilings. The concrete driveway is very wide and can easily accommodate several vehicles. The lot is one of the bigger lots in the community and there is a Leonard building that is included. It is 12'X15' and has shop lights and electrical outlets. There is a ramp in front so getting things in and out is easy. Must have adequate income, references (work and personal), good credit, non smokers, no drugs, and you must be a good fit for the neighborhood! Everyone on the street are all very nice folks! The tenants on both sides of this home were hand picked by us and they are great people. We take pride in providing great housing and we respond quickly to any maintenance problems you may have. We have been in the business for over 20 years and we do our best to fix things the right way. This house has an extremely clean and efficient HVAC system (hence the no smoking requirement) and we meticulously inspected and repaired everything from the ground up. The home is sealed up very well and should be a great home for someone for a long time. We basically fixed the home as if we were going to live in it. It is super clean, smells great, no leaks, and everything works as it should. We would like to have another very long term tenant again if possible. A few rules that must be followed to maintain a great neighborhood: -No vehicles allowed to be parked on the grass or in the yard. -Working on vehicles on the premises is not allowed. -You must be respectful of neighbors, no loud music past 10pm. -You must maintain your yard either yourself or hire someone. -Keep the home and premises clean and free from debris. -Take garbage away yourself or hire a garbage company. I get hundreds of responses, so if you only inquire with, "when can I tour it?" or "Can I have more information?" I probably won't respond.
