A little older home in an older neighborhood but it is a nice quiet neighborhood with public schools close by and public parks as well. It is pretty close 10 minute drive to good shopping centers, event places, grocery stores and restaurants. Renter is responsible for Electricity, lawn care, water and sewer and must allow Landlord to enter property every 3 months for a maintenance check to the property and AC unit. Up to 3 small pets allowed and the deposit will be 400 for the first pet and 50 for each additional pet. Renters insurance required and also proof of renters insurance is required. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Lease agreement is a 6 month lease and can be extended if requested and approved by landlord. Tenant must keep property maintained inside and outside. Landlord is responsible for maintaining Ac unit and major plumbing needs not minor plumbing issues.
