Santa Fe style home with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a washroom with washer and dryer, nice spacious living room with pellet stove, a nice pool table, french double doors leading out to back patio, nice spacious kitchen and a coffee bar for those that can't start their morning without it. Has dishwasher, microwave, and a spacious island/bar. This home also has three bedrooms that are very cozy and comfortable with a big master bedroom that also has french doors leading out to another patio and a nice big garden tub with jets for relaxing after a hard day. It also has a stand alone shower with two shower heads and double sinks which gives you plenty of room for all of your cosmetic needs and more. The outside feels like you are in the mountains. Nice view from every direction. Private back yard with a bbq grill with a nice patio that also has a chiminea for a nice touch on those cold evenings. Also, it is a few minutes away from the hospital and to downtown. We will pay for all utilities, full payment is due at signing, minimum stay of 30 days, we will give out code to the keyless entry two days before arrival, will have to cancel 30 days in advance to get full refund minus the $500 deposit. You will be responsible for all damages of the home that you occur during the duration of your stay. We ask that at the end of your lease that all bedding and towels be put in laundry room and trash thrown in garbage bins outside. ALSO, THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE GARAGE AND IT IS NOT A SHARED LAUNDRY. The laundry room is in the house by itself. You can also have three tenants at a time share the rooms if needed.
