This is on the smaller side so great for 1 person. Will be looking for someone with verified income of 2K/month or more. We also will be doing a credit check and asking for references. We will need one month deposit to hold the apartment and then 2 more months before moving in. So total of $2400 to move in. On street parking, usually able to get right in front of entrance.
