At The Orchards, where beautiful does not have to be expensive, stop by and take a look for yourself :) -Applications- The application fee is $45 for each person over the age of 18. Each adult will need to submit their own application. Proof of income must be presented with your application along with photo ID. Applications are screened on a first come first serve basis.
