This was our parents home prior to building them a handicapped home next door. When they passed we decided we couldn't rent it to just anyone so we turned it into a short term rental and have had some awesome experiences. The city changed the ordinance governing STR's so we are converting it back to a long term unit. We are currently offering it fully furnished and appointed for 30+ day stays. Utilities would be tenant paid directly with the utility companies if over 12 month or more lease is signed. For short term leases we will not change out of our name but the actual amounts will need to be paid to us from the bills. Pets are allowed but 2 pet max. Cats must be indoor only. All pets need to be 2yrs or older, spayed/neutered and dogs must be kennel comfortable when left alone in the house. The fenced in yard is shared with our dogs (14 lb maltipoos) so pet interview/meeting would also be needed. Furnished with lease shorter than 1 year would be $2700 with the 4 car garage. $2400 without the garage. As we can keep the garage tenants that currently rent them as they are not included in short term rentals. It would also be fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. Unfurnished - 12 months or more lease except some furnishings that go with the house. (breakfast bar stools) and all the appliances. We rent the garages currently for classic car storage and they would like to keep them if possible. There would remain 3 off street parking spaces in the driveway. So the rent without the garage would be $2400 or it 2 spaces in the garage are wanted they would like to keep 2 so rent would be $75 per spot and we have folks that will pay us for them. The listed price is for 1 yr with holdover option lease and unfurnished. The house is currently furnished and 30+ day leases are available and as it is currently fully furnished and appointed. Less than 1 yr the price is different and can be furnished with or without the garages. So lease term is at present negotiable. Furnished or unfurnished without garages is $2400 - $2700 with garages. We have just rented it for anothet 6 week stay. So it is now not available until 8/1/24. We have it listed on other platforms for traveling medical personel and patients that have to be close to the hospitals that are very close to the house. So as we are transitioning it back to long term we are a bit flexible at this point.
