Carefree living we take care of everything but the utilities. Somethings not working you call us. We take care of snow if it snows and we take care of yard & trees. It is a great space for a family or sharing with others. We prefer non-smoking tenants. We allow pets with conditions dogs and cats must be over 2 yrs of age and spayed/neutered. Dogs need to be kennel comfortable as we ask they be kenneled when left alone in the house. Cats must be litterbox trained and indoor only. The yard is shared with our own dogs so socialized is a must. Security deposit is required and can not be used for rent.
