Although this space is furnished, we are very flexible if you'd prefer partially furnished. It is directly rented from the owner, who is very responsive and has a history of working with tenants. This location is very commuter friendly with easy access to public transit. There are multiple bus lines that go through the neighborhood and the stops are approximately a 5-minute walk away. The unit is close to the following locations: Light rail 1 line - U District Station (2 miles) University of Washington (2.5 miles) South Lake Union (3 miles) Downtown Seattle (4 miles) In the living area, there is a couch, an oversized (and extremely comfortable) beanbag, and a TV with Roku. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and ample amounts of storage. There are two bedrooms, one on the second floor and the main bedroom on the top floor. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk setup. The main bedroom also includes a smart TV. Each floor has a bathroom; the first floor has a half-bathroom and the second and third floor each have a full-bathroom. Additionally, there is in-unit laundry on the second floor. This unit does not include parking but there are free parking options very close to the unit. Additionally, WiFi is included and paid for by the owner and the tenant is expected to cover utilities. This is a great location for those needing to access: Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, UW Medical Center, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The property is managed directly by the owner. We are seeking tenants to sign a 1 year lease. This unit is furnished and includes an option for more kitchen amenities for an additional fee.
