Utility closet on first floor along with a storage closet. Mudroom space just inside from the garage. Home is unfurnished and washer and dryer not included. A $1200 deposit is required, plus a $200 non-refundable pet deposit if applicable (see policy below). PET POLICY (as needed) 1. Approved Pets Only: Maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Permitted types include small domesticated dogs and cats. Exotic animals are prohibited. 2. Fees and Deposits: A deposit of $200 is due before the pet moves in. A monthly fee of $100 per pet will be added to rent. 3. Tenant Responsibilities: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times in common areas. Tenants must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste in designated outdoor bins. Owners must prevent excessive barking, howling, or whining from disturbing neighbors. Pets must be fully housebroken, up-to-date on required vaccinations, free of parasites. 4. Liability and Damages: The tenant accepts full financial liability for any physical damage or injury caused by their pet. The tenant must maintain a renters insurance policy that explicitly includes pet liability coverage. 5. Policy Violations: Repeated disturbances, property damage, or aggressive behavior will result in the mandatory removal of the pet. Renter will be responsible for all utilities except water, garbage, and internet. Lease term will be for 12 months. Thirty day move out notice required. Tenants are expected to park in the garage. Parking spaces in the community are not for long term parking and vehicles may be towed if left for more than 48 hours. Contact landlord for anything requiring repairs and they will be arranged.
