Davis Islands Pool home, fully furnished with 4 beds - Lease one month up to twelve months. This is a personal residence and you will have full access to the entire home and yard with the exception of closets. Home is fully furnished. Children are welcome however the house is not baby-proof. There are stairs, an upstairs loft with railing, and a pool which is not gated. There are a few baby gates available for use in the home. No parties! Strict no smoking policy! If smoking / vaping is detected at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for the entire bill for mitigating against the damages the smoke has caused, including, but not limited to deep cleaning of the home, furniture and a/c ducts. We require the home be cleaned every 30 days and you will be billed additional cleaning fee/s for once a month cleaning fee. There is a refundable security (damage) deposit of $5,000 required
