This house goes quickly I purchased it new in 2000. (In the entire 26 years, it's had only 1 week-or less- of "vacant" time). The reason it rents so quickly is because of the huge backyard, which backs to a stunning view of Highland Heritage Regional Park. Because I got over a dozen qualified applicants in the first few hours (I only have the one house!) , I deactivated/paused the ad. But refreshes/repairs took so long that (and I was too busy to keep in touch with applicants) they have mostly found other places. Fine: that's as it should be. Just be aware that the Days on Market are misleading. I could cancel for 31 days and start fresh on August 11th. I might end up doing that. The house has: * Large fenced backyard on the hill, backing to the greenbelt/park. * Wooden banister railings in living room * White wood blinds throughout most of the two stories *New laminate flooring; pet-proof with a 50 year residential warranty. * Fireplace in family room * Surround sound in family room * Newer Whirlpool Stainless Steel appliances: * SS dishwasher * SS range * SS microwave * SS refrigerator w/ice-maker Pets upon approval, and require additional deposit. (There is NO basement! None of the houses by Richmond Homes around this area were given that option. My apologies.) As far as me as an owner, I'm very hands-on, and respond to issues quickly. I can give you references from former tenants. * Note: The pics here make it look like it backs up to the park. It does, but is ON the hill, actually ABOVE the open space. * Below is the trail that people walk around that huge Highlands Heritage park. Thanks for looking! Susan ;) Rarely open, but coming soon!~ Enjoy a view of the entire Heritage Hills Park. I purchased this house in 2000. Although I've owned it for decades, it hasn't even been open for a week (until now) . It is a truly special place. Tenants normally stay for multiple years. I'm told the sunrises are killer. Cats and small dogs welcome. Pets are subject to owner approval and require an additional deposit. Quiet neighborhood and super nice neighbors. Thanks~ Susan These pics are how it was a few years back; I have no new pics of after the recent painting/flooring, Yet!. ;) P.S do I take the Zillow applications, just for information, but also have a credit check company that would approve the final applicant/s. I do with to speak with every applicant before gong further and showing the house; I'm sure you'll understand that!
