It has a gorgeous kitchen with a very large island, and an open concept floor plan. The living room is also very large and has a gas fireplace. Beautiful french doors can remain open or be closed for some separation for the front room which can be used as formal living or an office. Upstairs, you first come to a large loft with wall space for a desk or TV. There is plenty of room in there for a couch or other furniture. Bedrooms are good sized and one contains a walk in closet. The Master is huge! It's so big, it feels empty to me and the bathroom feels like I'm in a luxury hotel every day. It has a large soaking tub and huge double vanity. The Master closet has shelving and a mixture of high-low rods as well as a couple of just highs, for longer garments. The laundry room has built-in shelving as well as a large cabinet with countertop. This house has so much storage. There are 3 linen closets upstairs. A coat closet, as well as a large mud room on the main floor. The yard is fully landscaped front and back, windows all have blinds or roller shades. The garage is 3 and half car, which makes for a great spot for a work area or storing bikes and outdoor things. We have poured extra concrete to widen the driveway and made a nice patio in the backyard. A humidifier was added to the furnace as well. The basement is unfinished, so a blank slate!
