Was a beautiful log cabin, just set up to be an air b&b when a break-in and structure fire compromised the interior. Without the money to rebuild we hope someone else can share our dream. There is electrical (PG&E), a well that provides water for a house, we put in two 2,500 gallon water storage tanks so they trickle fill from the well and are then gravity fed down the hill (never have water issues). Septic tank for a two bedroom one bath house and a 500 gallon propane tank. The log cabin shell can be taken apart and the materials used to build something new or just start from scratch and build your own getaway. There is a seasonal creek, at the bottom of the hill and some beautiful views of the mountains from the upper half. Location is perfect for a vacation rental halfway between Bass Lake and Oakhurst and only located 15 miles from the Southern gate of Yosemite National Park. Property is being sold as is (we don’t have the means or ability to bring it back to what it was) but we are open to offers.
