The house is in a fantastic spot just minutes from i70, making it extremely easy to get to downtown Denver, Boulder, or Red Rocks, so it's great whether you're into exploring the outdoors or enjoying the city. Hidden Lake is also right nearby, which makes it perfect for morning jogs or evening strolls. The house has an open and bright layout with a lot to offer. There's a home gym, access to the HOA pool, a cozy back patio, and plenty of storage space. You'll have your own private parking spot, plus access to the garage. The rest of the house is fully furnished, and there are two guest bedrooms when friends or family want to visit. Rent is $1,500 per month, which includes water, trash, and snow removal. Well-behaved pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis but will include an additional pet fee. This room is for a single occupant only (sorry, no couples). Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate for at least 6 months, but I'm open to discussing other arrangements.
