Brand new home on top of a ridge with stunning views of the valley, hills, sunrise, and sunset! We are semi retired and plan to move here in a few years to be by grandkids. There is a king bed, and 2 queen beds, office furniture, and a gorgeous new quartz dining table. We are looking for short term renters that want it fully furnished (or mostly) while they are building, have insurance adjustments, and medical and professional assignments. Ideal is 1 to 4 months, but will consider any option as we define this move. We want to be honest with those who are seeking a long term rental, we aren't ready to commit to that at this time. More pictures of furnished rooms will be added as we complete them in the next few days. Monthly rent does include utities, but it is furnished with all new beds, couches, desk table, etc.
