    This is a real BEAUTY!!! Significant renovation started this spring 2023 with $70K being put into the remodel. The popcorn was scraped from the ceilings and new texture & paint was applied to all walls of the condo, even in the attached garage. New quartz counters & sinks in both bedroom vanity areas were also added. The list goes on and on! All electrical work was done by a licensed electrician and plumbing by a licensed plumber. Move-in ready! With the location between South First and Congress Ave., this garden home community is ideally convenient to downtown. Lots of new construction is occurring along both of those main thoroughfares making this a vibrant, thriving part of South Austin. A quick drive to IH 35 and 290/71 allows easy access to wherever you want to go.
