We're a 10 minute bike ride to coffee shops, restaurants, and a small library, and are a 35 minute drive to skiing. We have excellent schools as well. With unobstructed views of the Flatirons (our local Rocky Mountains), a small backyard with a shaded patio and outdoor fireplace, two indoor fireplaces, light-filled rooms, a large bedroom suite, and a gourmet kitchen, you'll feel like you're on vacation all year. We live in a very social neighborhood, so it's easy to make friends at the park; if you prefer privacy, you can enjoy the fenced-in backyard. Utilities extra. There is also the possibility for the tenant to rent one or two of our vehicles for an additional amount per month.
