High quality, luxurious linens are provided for all of the beds, including the sofabed, and will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The laundry room, complete with a stacked washer and dryer are also upstairs for your convenience. Emerald Haven has a large, open floor plan to allow for conversation with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the large screen televisions, birdwatch out the back patio or watch the sunset over the lake. The villa is renovated with brand new flooring, tasteful beach decor and a cozy atmosphere. The eat-in kitchen features a cooktop, large island, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances. The outside areas around Emerald Haven are stunning. You enter the property by way of a private courtyard with a sitting area to enjoy. The rear is a paved brick patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake. It is a peaceful and serene way to start each day with a cup of coffee overlooking the lake. On the back patio you can relax, enjoy a drink, and cook outdoors on your very own grill. Golf cart was purchased in 2023 that is available while you stay with Emerald Haven to get around Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Emerald Haven is located a short golf cart ride from the beach, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and many pools located in the community. This lease is 2-3 month agreement. We are looking for a snowbird or person in need of a home due to insurance claim. Owner pays all utilities. The only other fees would be taxes from the state. No smoking is allowed on the property. Golf cart is available for while visiting. Parking is available in front of the unit. Tenant is responsible to keep area inside and outside of the home cleaned and picked up. No house parties. Quiet time after 10pm every day. Trash should be set out for pick up regularly.
